It is positioned as a cost-optimized alternative to higher-grade base papers.
The product is compatible with offset printing, UV printing, and water-based ink printing. It also supports die-cutting, creasing, and lamination processes. It features a single-sided coating for printable graphics, while the kraft side can be laminated. Made from long-fiber mixed pulp, it offers high burst strength and good tear resistance, with stable performance in cold storage conditions due to its wet strength.
This product complies with international sustainability and traceability requirements, using FSC Mix Credit and meeting EUDR regulations, ensuring responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency. It is available in a wide basis weight range from 190 to 340gsm, along with multiple reel width options to accommodate different production equipment and converting requirements, providing flexible industrial application support.
This food-grade coated kraft board is designed for a wide range of packaging uses, including liquid cartons, pizza packaging, fruit trays, beer carriers, and yogurt sleeves. It is also suitable for applications requiring high burst strength, tear resistance, and crush resistance.
In terms of cost control, it has a 15-20% price advantage over similar coated white cardboard, although its surface gloss is slightly inferior to coated products, its environmental attributes and multifunctional adaptability form a comprehensive value, making it an optimal high-performance-to-price ratio packaging material solution.
